style=&#8221;shadow&#8221; border_width=&#8221;2&#8243;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For getting Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate etc. the parents have to <em>apply <\/em>in<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On receipt of approval from the Principal \/ Director, Transfer Certificate will be issued and parents can collect the T.C. of their ward(s) after SEVEN days of the submission of the<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Transfer Certificate will not be issued under the following circumstances<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The parent \/ guardian have failed to submit the Transfer Certificate from the previous school where the child has studied.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Failed to submit the Birth Certificate of the ward from Municipal Corporation of the area or Registration of Birth &amp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The dues pertaining to the school have not been<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Student may be asked to leave the school on the following<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Non-payment of School Dues<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Parents repeatedly not meeting the teacher in the school when<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Using unfair means in any examination or attempting to influence any teacher<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Consistent unsafisfactoS1 progress in studies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conduct harmful to others<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Any two detentions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Normally the application for withdrawal should reach us by 31st of the current session.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Parents\/Guardians, who apply for the C. between 1st Jan. to 28th Feb, will be required to pay annual charges, first quarter (3 months) tuition fee and transport fee.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Parents\/Guardians, who apply for the T.C. between 1st March to 31<sup>st<\/sup> April will be required to pay annual charges, six months tuition fees, transport<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">However, transfer cases of government employees, army personnel and any other emergency cases will be considered on merit by the Director (After providing proper Documents in case of transfer or any other).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_btn title=&#8221;Download Transfer Certificate Form&#8221;
